We saw a gorgeous Drupal theme called Scruffy, which is a port of a Wordpress theme, and had been looking for a suitable project in which to use it for a while. Inspired by Jane Austen yet again, it was perfect in a brand new fansite for the fabulous actor Tom Riley.

It is on a Drupal 6 platform and we have incorporated the usual modules,  feed aggregators and for the first time the Gallerix module for the images.

The theme did have issues in that it looked terrible in IE6 but I made a note of that on the website to inform visitors. After 18 months I found a new theme called Design Pile from AB Themes, which was perfect for the site. So now Tom-Riley.com is on it's second design layout.
